Rules

Analyze Kibana alerting rules, from the rules API, GET kbn:/api/alerting/rules/_find?per_page=10000, or a search of the rule saved objects. When connectors or alerts are also loaded, on this page or theirs, the rules are checked against them, and linked to them.
